Environmental Site Assessments

Assess Your Site

Environmental Site Assessments are an imperative step in the planning and development of property specifically those suspected of being contaminated.

Lakeside Engineering helps provide assistance and consulting to determine if your property applies.

What Is The Purpose Of An Environmental Site Assessment?

Determining and identifying the existence of contamination for any site is an important step to be considered in the ability to safely develop land and property. Lakeside Engineering provides this service by performing Phase I and Phase II Site Assessments.

Phase 1

Phase I Assessment is provided to analyze and identify the potential or existing environmental contamination or hazards for a site or property. Research is performed by performing site inspections, review current and historical documentation.

Phase 2

Phase II Assessment precedes the Phase I initial investigation when warranted to determine the likelihood or level of site contamination. Phase II assessment is performed to determine the existence or level of actual site contamination through on-site removals and testing.
