Engineer

Lakeside Engineering has an immediate opening for a Junior Civil Engineer. As our business continues to grow, we need a self-motivated, energetic individual to assist in the design of several types of residential/civil/site projects. In addition to residential and site design services, this position will include inspection work for both site/civil and facility related projects. Work will include working with a senior mentor on all aspects of the projects including project setup, drafting, design, report development, site survey, and other administrative duties.

Preferably the candidate will work remote and be located in either the Finger Lakes, Central, or the Southern Tier regions of New York.

• Associated Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline with 2-3 years of experience
• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with 0-2 years experience
• AutoDesk, AutoCAD, Civil 3D experience
• Previous construction experience is a plus
